This warranty shall not apply to any defect or damage resulting from improper surface preparation, structural defects, failure of a previous coating or improper application of the product. This is your sole remedy under this warranty. This warranty excludes (1) labor or costs associated with labor for the application or removal of any product, and (2) any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
